And in the event of any service crash, our sysadmins will be alerted momentarily and they will resolve the problem ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Creating a backup of a Linux Virtual Private Server is not the easiest thing in this world. You will either need to use some other server or your computer, or resort to a third–party solution. We offer a far simpler and easier way with our Optional Managed Services package. We’ll create a full backup of your virtual server every single week, so you never need to be afraid of losing vital data. And we can always recover a backup copy really quickly. All backups we make are stored on a special server with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything goes wrong with your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server gives you a virtually endless number of possibilities, you will often have to install additional software apps. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Managed Services package, which enables you to demand any of our practiced sysadmins to install any kind of software package and to resolve any trouble you may have with your Virtual Private Server.

Our Optional Managed Services deal is bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers. It is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
